Quality Management

A job done right the first time, lasts a long time.

QISG’s Quality Management System embodies our approach to project quality and drives all stakeholders to do the job right the first time. QISG uses only pre-qualified manufacturers for procurement of major project materials who often have full time quality inspectors during production (e.g. lattice towers, and steel poles). Engineering documents include the supporting quality checks and are subject to audit by QISG’s Quality Manager at any time. During Construction our self-audit methodology stresses individual accountability for quality and is complemented by independent Quality Inspectors at key steps of the construction process. Quality forms are captured from the field electronically and independently reviewed for completeness and accuracy. At QISG, the job’s not counted as complete unless the quality records are complete.
